Do you offer a guarantee on your work?

Yes. All Plumbrix workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months. If it develops a fault related to our repair, we come back and fix it for free.

Can I get a quote before you visit?

For standard jobs yes — call or email us with details and photos and we can often quote over the phone. For emergency callouts we assess on arrival and quote before starting.

Do you work on commercial properties?

We primarily serve residential customers, but we do take on small commercial jobs for local businesses and landlords.

How do I pay?

Cash, card, or bank transfer. All accepted on job completion.
